How to Reach Jaipur

Jaipur City
Jaipur is the capital and the largest city of the north-western Indian state. Jaipur is also known as the Pink City due to the dominant color scheme of its buildings in the old city. Jaipur is a popular tourist destination in India, forming a part of the Western Golden Triangle tourist circuit along with Delhi and Agra. The city serves as a gateway to other tourist destinations in Rajasthan, such as Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Bikaner and Udaipur. It has three World Heritage sites, Amer Fort, Hawa Mahal and Jantar Mantar. It is also known as the Paris of India.

Air Connectivity
The nearest airport is Jaipur International Airport (JAI), located approximately 7 kilometres from the University of Rajasthan, offering convenient access for visitors. Jaipur is well connected by direct flights to major Indian cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru.

Rail Connectivity
The city has excellent rail connectivity, with two major railway stations—Gandhi Nagar Railway Station and Jaipur Railway Station—serving passengers from across the country.

Road Connectivity
Jaipur is easily accessible by road, with regular bus services operating from nearby cities including Delhi, Agra, and Kota.

Accommodation at the University Guest House is provided for conference attendees. Located on campus, it offers easy access to all conference activities. The guest house features clean, comfortable rooms with basic facilities at affordable rates.

Tariff: Approximately ₹1500 per room per night
Option 2: HRDC Guest House & Dera Shree Shadan
We offer budget-friendly accommodation at the university campus for student participants. Comfortable rooms with essential facilities are available at student-friendly rates.

Tariff: Approximately ₹800 – ₹1000 per room per night
Option 3: Hotels
Accommodation in nearby hotels is available for conference attendees seeking additional comfort and amenities. A range of hotels, from budget to premium, is located close to the conference venue. Participants are encouraged to make their reservations directly with the hotels at the earliest.

Tariff: Mid-range hotels: $25–$50 per night & Premium hotels: $50–$100+ per night
